In the Metroid™ Prime series, Metroids are predatory, energy-sucking parasites known for their extreme adaptability, allowing them to mutate into entirely different biological strains depending on their environment and exposure to local toxins or radiations.
The statue depicts a Tallon Metroid, a specific sub-species unique to the planet Tallon IV. It captures the iconic look of the creature, featuring its translucent green membrane housing three nuclei and curved fangs beneath it. The design incorporates vibrant glow-in-the-dark effects on the green membrane and the dots within the nuclei, as well as on the mushrooms and ground on the base. The creature is shown hovering over an energy burst on a dark, rocky base inspired by the game's Phazon Mines area.
The Exclusive Edition includes LED functions that illuminate the green membrane, the dots within the nuclei, and the energy burst on the base.
